Wilson Reading - Miss Ferry

The Wilson Reading System is a reading intervention that focuses on the rules for letter-sound relationships by syllable type to decode (read) and encode (spell) words.

The Wilson Reading System at Cambridge-South Dorchester High School is a 50 minute, year long course for students to receive small group, direct instruction to remediate basic reading deficits.  Students are adminstered a pre-test and post-test to track student mastery of skills taught, as well as progress monitored with each substep taught.
